Main Mobility Schemes in 35 European countries

Data on 344 mobility schemes from 35 countries across Europe was collected through a project questionnaire.

These include schemes or funds offered by national, regional or local governments, transregional bodies, arms-length or semi-public bodies, cultural institutions, foundations or other private sector actors.

Information presented in the following country overviews includes:

  • data on cultural employment;
  • recent debates on the mobility of cultural professionals;
  • examples of mobility schemes targeted to nationals/residents as well as foreign cultural professionals.
